    there is no retrospective effect at all, i wonder constitutional amendment 52 is not tenable reasonr being every candidate is elected by his or her constituency on his or her merits not necessarily by the political party has to be read in as we have iindedent candidates concept too that way if independent candidate joins a political party or supports a party, after wiinning an independent seat, does he lose his position as a member of the house?

    if you read my article – philosophy of contracts, then you will note how art 366 is an untenable article on the conitution itself. regards.
