Justice Karnan’s bizarre Order: Sentences CJI and the other six Supreme Court Judges to 5yrs of imprisonment and fine

Justice Karnan, has passed another bizarre order “convicting the Chief Justice Of India Justice Khehar and the other Six Supreme Court Judges for various offences under the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and sentenced to 5yrs imprisonment and the fine”.

In his “order” Justice Karnan said that on considering history of the case and on basis of the orders passed by the accused, all orders clears intention of all the accused in order to harass Dalit Judge.

Here is an excerpt from his 12 paged order,‘Therefore accused constituted unconstitutional bench which amounts to the premeditated preparation and executed same on 15.02.2016 and 18.02.2017. As a result this Court’s Judicial and administrative work have been restrained. Therefore all accused with a common intention have harassed the Dalit Judge after misusing the contempt proceedings, out of the Court procedure of law, the original jurisdiction and the cause of action”.

Justice Karnan has earlier refused to be examined by the four-member team of the psychiatrists from Calcutta Pavlov Hospital for Mental Patients. He had told team of the doctors that he is normal and has a stable mind, and had offered them tea instead.

The Board is supposed to submit a report by May 8,2017.
