Justice Pratibha Rani pronounced her order on Kumar’s bail plea, which she had reserved on Monday after hearing lengthy arguments from his lawyers and Delhi Police who had opposed his bail.

Kumar’s counsels had during the earlier hearing alleged police acted hastily on a report by Zee News channel and further said that the videotape aired by the TV channel was doctored.
